Meet Our Franchise Leadership Team

Andy Skehan

President and CEO of Home Franchise Concepts

Andy comes to us with extensive franchise experience leading enterprises across several consumer-facing industries in the U.S. and abroad. He recently served as President of Krispy Kreme North America and previously held executive leadership roles at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Churchill Downs Incorporated and PepsiCo. He has an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy. His primary focus is to provide strategic direction and support that will enable the success of our brands.

Amir Yeganehjoo

Chief Financial Oﬃcer, Home Franchise Concepts

Amir leads the ﬁnancial functions, including accounting, ﬁnancial reporting, short and long-range planning and budgeting and treasury for Home Franchise Concepts. He has an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business, and Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Heather Cates

Chief Marketing Officer

With over 20 years of prior marketing experience under her belt, Heather Cates joined the HFC family in early 2021. Her smart and creative marketing approach has influenced many top-tier organizations from Nissan to Mattel to Taco Bell to Allergan. One of her strengths is building strategic brand platforms with integrated marketing campaigns. Some of her most well-known works are the Taco Bell “Nacho Fries (Web of Fries)” campaign and the Botox “Own Your Look” campaign.

Paige Bonopane

Chief People Officer, Home Franchise Concepts

Paige is Chief People Officer for Home Franchise Concepts. With her twenty years of Human Resources experience and operational expertise, Paige focuses on building connections with the leadership team and associates within the Home Franchise Concepts family of brands.

Paul Ebert

President, Aussie Pet Mobile

Paul serves as brand president for both Aussie Pet Mobile and sister-brand, Two Maids. Having served as a CFO and Controller at previous organizations, Paul has extensive experience in finance and accounting, but most importantly, a heart to serve and lead. In Paul’s role as President of Aussie Pet Mobile, he knows the importance of hiring talented people to deliver exceptional service and will leverage best practices to drive improvement, innovation, and franchisee profitability for the Aussie Pet Mobile brand.

Meribeth Gunn

Vice President, Operations, Aussie Pet Mobile

Meribeth has been in franchising for over 20 years. She joined Home Franchise Concepts in 2018 as the Vice President of Marketing where she oversaw the digital, local area marketing, and franchise development teams. In 2022, she pivoted to the Aussie Pet Mobile brand to bring the knowledge she gained while serving at the helm of marketing to provide support, platforms, and strategic planning for the Aussie Pet Mobile brand. 

Jennie Amante

Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Home Franchise Concepts

Jennie has been with us since 2004 and is the primary legal advisor for the Home Franchise Concepts family of brands. She holds a degree from Deakin University School of Law and possesses a robust skill set including Licensing, Commercial Litigation, Contract Negotiation, Negotiation, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Bill Crane

Vice President of Technology, Home Franchise Concepts

Bill leads the IT team supporting all Home Franchise Concepts brands by providing enterprise level technology solutions that enable our franchise owners to seamlessly support their customers. As a technology leader for over 25 years, Bill has been immersed in architecting technical solutions to meet complex enterprise level business needs with a heavy emphasis on data analytics, custom application development and AI.

Aaron Cady

Vice President of Franchise Development, Home Franchise Concepts

Aaron leads the strategic planning and direction of franchise growth for all Home Franchise Concepts brands. He joined us in 2007 and has held various roles within the organization including Director of Franchise Development and Senior Franchise Advisor. Aaron leads a team of Franchise Advisors who have participated in awarding over 2,600 franchise territories throughout North America.
